Mr Justice John A McMunagle
Justice Flanigan was the Judge that all who came after him measured
themselves against.He was one of the kindest men I ever met.He treated
everyone, in and out of his Court,with dignity and respect,regardless of
there station in life..I wish I could attend the celebration of his remarkable
life,but sadly I will be out of town.My deepest condolences to all the
Flanigan Clan.
