I wanted to express sincere condolences to Mrs. Flanigan, Sean, and the entire Flanigan family at this very sad time. Although it was many years ago, I have great memories of Judge Flanigan's humour and remember well the importance of his presence in the community, amongst his many friends, and most of all in the Flanigan family.
