Bev and I were shocked to learn of Rick's illness and subsequent passing. As we spend much of the year out of the country we were not able to visit Rick during his illness. We know Rick through Kiwanis where he was a outstanding member, leader, President and Lt Governor. He left his mark and will be missed by his many friends in the Ottawa Club and in the district.
