Peacefully at Peter D. Clark Long-term Care Facility in Ottawa on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara (nee Wolska). Cherished father of Doris (Bruce) of Ottawa and the late George (Violet). Loving partner of Renée Goodman. Loving “Dziadza” to Joshua (Natalia), Christopher and Emily. Great-grandfather to Albert and Madison. Born in Krakow, Poland to Felix and Aurelia. The family wishes to thank the Peter D. Clark staff for their wonderful care and support. Friends and family are invited to visit the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 10 to 11am. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 153 Woodroffe Avenue at 11am. Donations to the Parkinson Society Eastern Ontario in memory of Andrew would be appreciated.
