Condolence: Mrs. Watters was always a feisty spirit with a generous heart. That impish grin belied her tough interior. And Mrs. Watters was a good partier which the Keoghs really appreciated and enjoyed!! Lorne and Donna Marie - you share many of your mother's qualities. Her spirit lives on in you.
